Giovanni Petrin and Elleti Group to create M.O.D.E., the museum dedicated to denim.

A passion for denim, blending tradition and innovation. Such are the core values drawing together the industry’s top people, denim gurus, international famous brands, authorities and local stakeholders at the headquarters of Elleti Group, the company specialized in laundry services and garment-making for the jeans world on June 19.

What for? The opening of M.O.D.E – Museum of Denim Elleti Group – and Stadium, the  garments archive of the company from the 80s on.

Both were set up with the support of the historic archive of Martelli Lavorazioni Tessili. The two exhibition spaces were able to come to life also thanks to the much appreciated collaboration of Giovanni Petrin, whose well established and world famous know-how helped in designing, managing and enriching every single detail, adding on his signature to the creation of an important reference point for the industry, a one-in-a-kind resource which shows how research and creativity apply to jeans.

Giovanni has also contributed to the making of the catalogue of the museum.
